Story
Our founder Michael O'Neil created The Scullery in 2020, after catching the street-food vibe from his time working in Madrid. Since then we have become a staple in Scotland's street-food scene. Our menu is constantly evolving, from our flavour spin on the Spanish Croquetta to our lobster from the local shores of Dunure.
In 2024 we added 'smoc' to our portfolio. smoc is our BBQ, Smokehouse and Steakout machine. (He looks cute but he means business!) Find us at events below or hire The Scullery, smoc or both The Scullery + smoc for an exciting private event ...
The Scullery

smoc is the newest member of our family. Our Trailblazer BBQ and smokehouse allows us to grill 'n' smoke meat and veg at events of all sizes.
steakouts
Our steakouts are epic food theatre. We can come to your event and create magic in front of your eyes. Our steaks boast only two ingredients both locally sourced. The finest steak from We Hae Meat and that sprinkling of pure and natural sea salt flakes extracted from the shores of Ayr - Blackthorn Salt.
